A totally new level of collaboration features was developed to ensure and support corporate-wide collaboration. The highly efficient collaboration and personalization features include Risk Management, structured redesigned “what’s new”, and enhanced alerts to process owners. In addition, automatic login capabilities further strengthen the fully supported NT domain and LDAP authentication capabilities with the QPR User Management System. Strategy Maps can be built in a matter of minutes using a specially developed ‘drag-and-drop’ drawing tool, which customers utilize to display dynamic strategic and performance related information. QPR customers can create and ‘drill-through’ detailed levels of their processes and strategy maps ensuring conceptual understanding and “buy-in” from the whole organisation. QPR 7.2 offers highly effective audit trail functionality as well as continuous easy access to relevant internal and external information such as linked or embedded documentation, links to websites and other existing systems via the QPR Collaboration Portal.
Extended integration and automated ScoreCarding and Process Modelling
QPR 7.2 challenges the old integration and system modelling methods. The new powerful script and API interface enhancements allow customers to create their own script modules, which automatically extract, transforms, and loads information to QPR products. The new script and API interface supports the continuous integration of QPR ScoreCard, QPR ProcessGuide and QPR CostControl as well as creates the possibility to model Business Processes and ScoreCards from information obtained from existing third party systems by using standard XML protocol.
