A great deal of work has been taking place in the past year to analyse market trends and consumer types and the design languages present in the Jacuzzi range. The result of all this research is a totally new concept from Jacuzzi – the Young Collection – which fits with the existing Designer Collection as a distinct brand extension.
The Young Collection has been price pointed to attract the target audience so that the Jacuzzi range now has a clear offer in each price sector; Designer Collection at the top end, Young Collection in the mid-price bracket, and Projecta by Jacuzzi at the very aggressively priced commercial end of the market.
Part of the research focused on the fact that the Young Collection has a different ethos than Designer Collection, and is a more fun and funky range with the emphasis on enjoyment and new styling rather than a perfect technological hydromassage as in Designer Collection.
To this end, the jets have been positioned differently, and for the first time in a whirlpool bath by Jacuzzi, air blowers have been included in the Young Collection whirlpool baths to create a different bathing experience.
Jennifer Palmer, Regional Marketing Manager of Jacuzzi Middle East, says, “The Young Collection is a real departure for the Jacuzzi brand and is an exciting new collection that has its own design language and style as distinct from our state-of-the-art Designer Collection.”
While Young Collection maintains the traditional Jacuzzi brand values of innovation, excellence and transformation, it also has its own personality and a fresh new style which complements the heritage and tradition of the Jacuzzi brand while bringing it into the 21st century.
The Young Collection is currently comprised of 3 models: the Rivela, Uma and Invita.
