According to this agreement Jo Consultancy will represent Ingenia Co. as a formal representative and partner in the Jordanian market as e-learning provider in addition to the technical and administrative support and after sales services.
As a result of this agreement, a workshop entitled “E-learning Readiness, New Training Methodologies”, was conducted in Amman with the participation of distinguished group of human resource managers and training managers, experts and interested in the field.
During the workshop important strategies in the field of training and E-learning were presented, as well as the information regarding the successful setting up of the proper E-learning environment in the company, by means of the E-learning training plans development. In addition to the investment in the human capital, it is essential for any institution to stay updated on global developments in this field of fast growth and evolution, as it is E-learning.
According to the consulting director at JO Consultancy, Eng. Lubna Kayed, the objective of the workshop was to spread the culture of the importance of E-learning among Jordanian institutions through training and performance development of their staff and upgrading of human capital in these institutions and, through the platform training, specialized for each company or institution.
Ms. Mojca Sirok, the International Development Manager at Ingenia, indicated that the main goal of the workshop was to familiarize the participants with new techniques in E-learning by means of new methodologies, as well as to acquaint them with the mechanisms and strategies for implementing training programs and E-learning in their own institutions, which would always be adapted to the needs of each organization. The main focus of the workshop was also set on the value-added that E-learning training solutions represent for any organization.
Finally, the importance of the presence of Arabic language in virtual training platform was as well presented at the workshop.
