Saudi Arabia: Wednesday, September 04 - 2013 @ 13:32

Its strategic services include digital customer experience and strategy, user experience design and visualization for both web and mobile platforms.

The agency has extensive technical skills and experience with implementation of leading portal and content management systems such as Sitecore, CQ5 and Backbase.

HeathWallace is particularly renowned for its best-in-class work with global financial institutions including HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclay’s and Standard Chartered Bank.

HeathWallace’s expansion into MENA is a direct response to brands’ needs in the region for Bank 2.0 and ecommerce consultancy.

Two new offices in Dubai and Riyadh have been established, opening up opportunities for immediate business development in these areas, by delivering capabilities which were previously unavailable on the ground in the markets.

Commenting on their expanded footprint, Dave Wallace, CEO HeathWallace said, “As part of JWT’s global digital operation we have offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Asia, and Australia where we have proven capabilities in platform architecture and component development. Our expansion in the Middle East is very exciting. It will allow us to scale up our offering – and that’s a big bang entry into an important growth market.”

Kieran O’Sullivan has been appointed Regional Head of Digital at HeathWallace, responsible for developing the company’s significant experience of CMS implementation within the market place. O’Sullivan, who joined JWT in 2010 as Regional Head of Digital in MENA, retains his strategic management position at JWT MENA.

Digital is fast becoming the heart of any sustained business plan for today’s global players, operating in multi-cultural environments with virtually-borderless transaction opportunities.

Digital based business in the Middle East and North Africa is moving at a fast pace. Financial institutions and telecom operators are upgrading their customer interface to meet the needs of consumers who are demanding a more seamless, integrated, user-friendly experience from these brands.

HeathWallace has recently registered impressive new business wins across key GCC markets, notably the National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia (NCB /Alahli). Scope of work for the company’s new projects focus on elevating clients’ existing digital platforms from brochure-ware to dynamic marketing and customer engagement tools.

The wins demonstrate that HeathWallace’s strong delivery capabilities, in other global markets, are considered a game-changer by the region’s decision makers.

Vatche Keverian, CEO JWT MENA said “We consider the establishment of HeathWallace in MENA an important move. Having the capabilities of the world’s leading digital build and consultancy company, on the ground in the region, means we are providing local businesses with world-class expertise at their fingertips. At the same time we are bringing regional understanding to a global service provider. That’s a true worldmade answer to the market dynamics of today and for the future.”
