Hamad Al-Sadoon, Supervisor of the Forum, General Director of Information Systems, KACST said: “This year’s forum comes on the wake of the resounding success of e-Document Forum 2004, which attracted more than 1,000 delegates representing government and private sectors. The exceptional event was also able to attract sponsorship from 17 specialized companies.”
Mr. Al Sadoon added: “The Forum will include presentations and discussions on topics such as: document imaging, records management, workflow systems, knowledge & content management, electronic portals, storage systems, electronic archiving and information lifecycle management. The forum will also coincide with a highly focused exhibition, organized as part of the event. Latest technologies, products and services will be showcased at the exhibition.”
The e-Document Forum is held annually in Riyadh, the center of the largest and fastest growing IT market in the region. The event offers an ideal opportunity for exchanging ideas, discussing best practices and networking with senior government officials, decision makers, and industry leaders. The two previous forums had featured over 2,000 participants and 35 speakers from the pioneers in Electronic Document Management.
