As part of its ongoing efforts and campaign to conserve environment and reduce Carbon emissions, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) has already launched E-bill service under the slogan “Be with us and sign up for e- bill service”, for its customers via e-mail. The move has been well- communicated to the customers through various ways and means applying suitable communication channels.
The customers can benefit from such service via logging into its website “km.qa” and registering their e-mails. The new service will allow customers to receive their electricity and water bills via e-mail as they will receive SMS once the bill is issued.
Customers can now pay bills through KAHRAMAA’s website (km.qa), its call centre (991), Ooredoo and Qatar National Bank self-service machines, i-phone application and other banks. Bills can be paid from outside Qatar as well.
The environment-friendly policies and practices of KAHRAMAA is in line with Qatar National Vision 2030, achieving transparency and endeavors to increase customers’ satisfaction by applying continual development and improvement mechanism.
