Kale Consultants and Qatar Airways strengthen business ties

Qatar Airways has outsourced the critical revenue accounting service to Kale MPS™, the Business Process Outsourcing centre of Kale. Qatar Airways and Kale started their relationship in 2001 when the airline outsourced areas of revenue accounting which include; Sales processing, Uplift processing, Proration, Interline Billing & Verification, Coupon Matching and Management Reporting to Kale MPS™. Kale MPS™, using its state-of-the-art exhaustive audit tools, also provides Qatar Airways services relating to Revenue Recovery by identifying revenue leakages arising out of errors in ticketing and incorrect application of fares.
