The Kanoo Group’s delegates from HR Department team headed by Mariam Al Busaidy, HR and Administration Manager – Northern Emirates (NE) & Oman and Amando Pimentel, HR Officer, will conduct on the spot interviews at the Job Fair which will be an effective platform for aspiring candidates to meet, be selected and be hired to fit as staff for its ever-growing workforce in the UAE and regionally as well. The specialized team will review all applications and update the aspirants with possible employment opportunities within the company after the fair.

According to Mena job index survey, the Middle East job market has seen a relatively slow but steady improvement in 2010 – hiring has broadly picked up across all industries and hopes are high for the upcoming quarter – with 54% of Middle East employers stating they are planning to recruit. Industries perceived to be attracting and maintaining top talent in the region today (as per the same study) are: banking and finance (36% of votes), telecommunications (35%) and construction (31%).
