Khidmah provided an increased scope of services that reduced the fixed costs of the contract by 40% from the previous year. This marks Khidmah’s second management contract in Dubai and adds to its impressive portfolio of properties under management, which includes villas at Golf Gardens, Sas Al Nakhl Village, Khalidiya Village and commercial units in Khalidiya/Corniche Tower in Abu Dhabi, Al Oyoun Village in Al Ain and Lake Shore Tower in Dubai, and 8 buildings of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi, among over 16 projects managed by the company.
The MAG214 tower comprises 312 units that include one, two and three bedroom apartments as well as penthouses and recreational facilities. Khidmah will provide a package of services to the common areas of MAG214 including cleaning, MEP, landscaping, security with licensed security guards, pool maintenance, civil works, pest control and specialized contract services.
