To help cater to the growing demand in office and retail space in Dubai, Kleindienst Properties, a member of the Kleindienst Group, has announced that the European Business Centre (EBC), developed in close co-operation with Dubai Investments Park (DIP) and the Al Amiri Group, will be ready for occupancy by beginning of March 2008.

Its strategic location between the Jebel Ali Port and Free Zone and the new Al Maktoum International Airport (5 minutes) makes it easily reachable for travellers and for the transport of goods.
