“As the leader of the Firm’s talent solutions team in the Middle East, Jonathan will be furthering Korn/Ferry’s operations in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and opening new offices in the region,” said Bernard Zen-Ruffinen, president of Korn/Ferry International, EMEA.
He first joined Korn/Ferry in London before moving to Moscow and opening the Korn/Ferry Russian office in January 1994. After four years, he relocated to Mumbai to lead the Korn/Ferry India business. In 2000, he moved to Singapore to run a vertical market in Southeast Asia, and in late 2000, moved to Seoul to take responsibility for the Korean market. Additionally, he was responsible for overseeing Korn/Ferry’s Thailand presence in 2009.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Holmes was a consultant with Carre, Orban & Partners – which merged with Korn/Ferry in 1993. His experience in building businesses in emerging markets, including Korea, India, Russia and Singapore, and his cross-cultural expertise are key to the ongoing success of Korn/Ferry in this rapidly evolving center of global business.
