The KIB visiting team included Mr. R. K. Nair, Assistant GM of the Retail Banking Department and a number of managers and employees within the department.
Through interacting and communicating with different members of the community, the KIB team has reflected upon the bank’s values and code of conduct in providing the best services to customers in line with the Islamic banking principles.
Commenting on the Ramadan visits, Assistant GM of the Retail Banking Department Mr. R. K. Nair said: “Throughout those organized visits, the KIB team was given the opportunity to communicate with members and owners of different Dewaniyas who belonged to different age groups, understanding their needs and expectations of banking services in Kuwait. The team has also provided a brief explanation of KIB’s different services and products developed in accordance with the Islamic Shariah.”
Mr. Nair also said: “The visits have helped in gathering feedback from people who were present at the Dewaniyas in order to better understand their needs and wants of different services. This initiative comes as part of KIB’s constant effort to develop different departments of the bank in order to service customers in the best way.”
Mr. Nair has concluded his comment by thanking Dewaniya owners and visitors for their kindness in hosting the KIB team in their Dewaniyas, and giving them the opportunity to communicate and engage in group conversation during this occasion, wishing them all a blissful month.
