The installation of ATMS came as part of KIB’s strategy to expand and enlarge its network to meet the customer’s needs and become accessible to them wherever they are.
On the occasion, Marketing Manager at KIB Tareq said: “We have witnessed an increase in traffic and usage on our ATMs since we first started operating them at Oula fuel stations. The high turnout confirms the need for more ATMs at different locations in Kuwait and is an assurance that our ATMs are reaching more customers thus enhancing their trust and loyalty in our products and high quality services we are providing them.”
Al Ajlan added: “The installation of the ATM machines in Oula fuel stations has positioned KIB to have the second-largest network of ATM (off-site ATM) on the level of Islamic banks in Kuwait.”
In conclusion, Al Ajlan confirmed KIB’s commitment to meeting the customer’s expectations and promises to continue in investing in new means and channels to make its customer’s Islamic Banking experience a more convenient and flexible one at all times.
