The new system allows guests who have purchased tickets using the website, to change their booking arrangements. Guests who want to make additional changes, will need to visit a Wataniya Airways’ sales office or phone the airline’s call centre on 118.
In addition to online booking and online check-in, guests using the website can chat online with Wataniya Airways Guest Service agents to get immediate answers about their reservations or other services. Guests can also sign up for Wataniya Airways’ e-newsletter which will keep them up to date with the latest Wataniya Airways news and offers via their e-mail.
