Oasis Hospital was the foundation for modern healthcare in the UAE when its original facility opened in 1960. Today, the completion of the superstructure of the new hospital will once again set the standard for healthcare in the Eastern Region.
Sheikh Zayed once said “He who does not know his past cannot make the best of his present and future, for it is from the past that we learn.” Sheikh Zayed’s vision of modern healthcare for the nation was a foundation for the rapid development and progress of his people. The new Oasis Hospital will continue in this vision that is being expanded by His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. “We are honored to have an opportunity to serve the people of this land in a state-of-the-art facility. “
“Oasis Hospital holds a tradition of setting standards in healthcare over the past 50 years and that enables us to lead the way into the future of healthcare in this country,” said Mr. David Printy. The new building will significantly increase the hospitals capacity for patient volume and incorporate the latest in technology. “The new facility is an investment in our ongoing focus to provide quality and compassionate patient care.”
Oasis Hospital plans to open the facility in the first half of 2012. The new building will house a full range of integrated family medicine, innovative healthcare technologies and a comfortable atmosphere for patients. The growing needs of the community in Al Ain will be met with this new facility.
