Qatari Businesswomen Forum launches Corporate Ambassador Program

This event will educate professional businessmen and women on skills needed to start and grow a business and will provide networking opportunities. The event will feature prominent U.S. consultants as speakers and panelists.

The Corporate Ambassador Program is an innovative and dynamic new program designed to develop the entrepreneurial and professional skills of men and women by connecting high-level executives from the U.S. with emerging business leaders from Qatar and the GCC. This program empowers businessmen and women in Qatar and the Middle East – North Africa (MENA) region by providing outlets through which they may improve the management, business development, marketing and communications skills necessary to expand their enterprises, help provide for their families and create jobs within their communities. This program is a component of the Middle East North Africa (MENA) Businesswomen’s Network, of which the Qatari Businesswomen Forum is a member , and is presented in coordination with the U.S. State Department’s Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) and Vital Voices Global Partnership.

The event’s aim is to improve entrepreneurs’ and business professionals’ knowledge and experience, build networking opportunities and offer insights into current global economic issues. The event’s three featured speakers, Barbara Gentry, Principal, Gentry Consulting; Joey Tamer, President, Small Office Strategies, Inc.; and Y. Renee Lewis, President and CEO, Pensare Group, have a combined experience of over 60 years as CEOs and strategic consultants to entrepreneurs and emerging businesses in varied fields.
