Nakilat, Qatar’s premier shipping, shipyard and marine services company, has held its third successful Employee Forum, further underlining Nakilat’s commitment to operating as a high-performance team.
More than 200 employees attended the Employee Forum, which was held on Thursday. The event provided an opportunity for sharing company updates with staff in all departments and at all levels of the organization, as well as for internal networking.
Specific topics identified as of key importance to employees were discussed and staff took part in team-building and communication exercises. Nakilat’s Employee Forums also provide an opportunity for employees to put their questions to and to hear comments directly from the company’s leadership team.
