As official media partner, the publishers of the magazine are helping to promote the show to new visitors while helping them plan their time by distributing free copies of the magazine at the show.
The magazine will be a tool for both visitors and exhibitors, with detailed, up-to-date information about the exhibitors, and articles about the technology and products on display.
According to Sam Anson, editor of Middle Eastern Plastics: “Arabplast is the most important plastics trade show in the Middle East. And this importance is growing thanks to the rapid development of the plastic industry in the region, particularly in the UAE.”
Mr Anson added: “Many of the world’s leading plastic machinery and materials suppliers will be exhibiting at the show, including leading local regional suppliers. Middle Eastern Plastics magazine will be encouraging its vast readership of plastic moulders to come to the show by highlighting all the key products and new technologies available.”
He continued: “The Middle East is perfectly placed to develop a world-leading plastic industry thanks to the fact that it has plentiful supplies of the raw material required to make plastic — crude oil — as well as a healthy demand for plastic products, thanks to strong investment and confidence in the development of many of the economies in the region.”
MEP magazine and Arabplast will also be represented at the K show in Germany, the world’s largest exhibition for the plastic industry. With over 3,100 exhibitors and around 200,000 visitors confirmed, over 7,100 people are expected to come from the Middle East.
