Mr. Taher Al Ameri, the local agent of RE/MAX Abu Dhabi, said the international agency realized the necessity of participating in the development plans currently in place Abu Dhabi, by applying its extensive experience in real-estate services and in attracting more local and foreign investors to be part of the huge projects.
He added that RE/MAX International will enhance the real estate industry in Abu Dhabi by its advancement management-related services. Which it is expected to witness constant uprising in the next few years, especially after the completion of the mega projects currently under construction.
He also said that the major international companies – especially RE/MAX which is considered the largest international company in the World, are keen to invest and operate in United Arab Emirates, particularly in Abu Dhabi. This is an indication of the excellent directives of the country, its work, and investment systems. It is also an indication of the vast confidence in the UAE economy and its investment and commercial capabilities.
Mr. Al Ameri also said that the company has already commenced its activity and has signed contracts with four major real-estate development companies in the UAE over the past month.
These contracts entail RE/ MAX Abu Dhabi to execute the selling and renting of residential and commercial units being constructed in Abu Dhabi.
He pointed out that RE/ MAX Abu Dhabi is in the process of signing more contracts with other real-estate investment and development companies, as well single-source contracts for several towers and residential and commercial compounds.
The official commencement of RE/MAX Abu Dhabi activities will take place at the Cityscape Exhibition, to be held in Abu Dhabi during the second week of May 2007. During the event, RE/MAX will exhibit its vast capabilities and advanced technologies in real estate as well as development and its unique network.
