Retail Arabia International is a new retail venture of Daud Investment’s subsidiary Daud Arabian and Gulf General Investment. The company is keen to develop relationships with retail brands where there is significant growth opportunity. Having already established franchise partnerships with brands including Hamleys, Oscar de le Renta and David Morris, the collaboration with House of Fraser is part of the company’s rapid expansion plan. Since its initial inception into the market last year, Retail Arabia International has already brought a number of prestigious retailers to the Middle East including Oscar de la Renta, David Morris the jewellers and Hamleys toy store.
In the next three years Retail Arabia International will be focusing its strategy on expanding the portfolio of existing brands across the region as well as identifying a number of other international names to diversify the business across the retail and entertainment sectors.
