The collections are designed and produced by RIVA through their creative team in Paris who pride themselves on creating affordable cutting edge designs with the Middle Eastern customer in mind. New collections are introduced on a monthly basis continuing the theme throughout the season. As a result, RIVA insures they always have something new to offer.
Commenting on the new shop opening, Rebecca Gallagher, RIVA marketing manager declared ‘’RIVA Collections offer a sophisticated chic appealing to trendy young Middle Eastern Women influenced by European fashion. The brand has established stand-alone stores throughout the Gulf region. The company plans an aggressive growth strategy to develop new stores throughout the Middle East and Western Europe.”
RIVA’s Burjuman shop opening was a huge success with over 350 customers taking advantage of the special promotions on offer in the new store environment. The event attracted some senior VIP’s along with fashion conscious consumers in search of the latest trends.
Rebecca added, “We will soon be opening more stores across the UAE, mainly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and our expansion plans include franchise shops through out the Middle East. We are currently negotiating to open our first concession within one of the biggest and most prestigious shopping centers in Paris”. She concluded adding “Riva offers international designs with an Oriental twist and natural fabrics give the entire collections a softer, more feminine feel which reflects the brand’s unique flavor”
Shopping at Riva is a woman’s delight with the new store concept. The store has been completely designed to feature the brand’s new corporate color scheme and graphics, combining deep plum, natural beiges and a highlight of fuchsia, resulting in a modern minimalist look that will carry the brand forward long into the future.
The display wall features bamboo graphics in natural tones and hanging lights create a relaxed mood allowing the vibrant colors of the collection to act as a focal point. Moreover RIVA pride them selves, on a high level of customer service, and have gone to great lengths to insure that all of their staff are trained to offer style advice to their customers when asked.
The shop today offers the new winter 2008 collection which comprises all fashion hand made accessories and bags to coordinate with the new collection in display.
