Three companies have already moved in comprising two consultancies and a global branding agency.
The offices, which comprise 20 floors of leasable space totalling 230,260 sq ft (21,400 sq m), will be managed by the Media One Hotel through a dedicated real estate team.
The Media One Tower is a mixed use development comprising a hotel and offices. The upper 20 floors of the property are devoted to offices and accessible through a dedicated entrance and lobby area.
In addition, the office tenants will have full access to the hotel services and will benefit from a host of special packages, discounts and offers once the hotel opens its doors.

Office tenants will be entitled to corporate and individual special offers as part of their leasing agreements.
