The Administrative Services Department, Corporate Administrative Support Services Sector, Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), has recently felicitated a number of suppliers and cooperators representing various community organizations, businesses contracting with the Department in a step aimed at cementing the partnership relationships between various parties towards achieving higher levels of excellence and productivity.
The annual gathering, which was held in RTA Auditorium and attended by Abdullah Al Mahra, Director of Administrative Services as well as several managers, suppliers and cooperators, comes in the context of RTA policy and plan aimed at boosting the bonds with partners and relevant parties with a view to achieving higher levels of performance excellence.
“We, in the RTA, are keen on establishing a constant communication with suppliers and cooperators representing a diverse cast of businesses and trading establishments in a bid to show appreciation and commendation of their efforts as well as the substantial cooperation with the Administrative Services Department in accomplishing & streamlining the jobs tasked to them resulting in deliverables and services comparable with the highest anticipated standards,” stated Al Mahra.
In a speech delivered during the annual gathering, Al Mahra praised the sincere efforts of all concerned parties which spared no effort in making relentless endeavours to accomplish the achievements made. Such a spirit, he says, reflects their keenness on realizing the common objective of delivering high-class services, and accordingly contributes to materializing the vision of the prudent leadership of Dubai focusing on achieving happiness to community members. “Undoubtedly, the RTA views suppliers as partners as they lend valuable support to the efforts of various RTA agencies & sectors, and carry out their commitments in a highly accurate time chart at world-class standards characterized by quality & reliability in serving the public,” he noted.
“The joint cooperation is one of the positives of the team work and the successful partnership between the public and private sectors towards bringing mutual benefits and serving the public interest. This ultimately contributes to the thriving and growth of service & business sectors; which are considered key drivers of the prosperity and advancement witnessed by the UAE in various fields,” added Al Mahra.
Afterwards the Director of Administrative Services presented Appreciation Certificates to suppliers and cooperators and hailed their efforts in realizing the set objectives, hoping to see more achievements thanks to the cooperation and joint efforts in place.
