Ruby Tuesday serves CAB meat brand

This beef is four grades up from the “Choice” beef that is served at other restaurants in the Kingdom. Since the launch of the Kingdom’s first Ruby Tuesday outlet in Jeddah last November, they have been serving this fine grade beef in their steaks and their world famous burgers.

Certified Angus Beef ® products are evaluated under the most rigid standards for superior color, texture and marbling. In fact, less than 8% of beef meets the brand’s strict quality specifications. The secret to the brand’s incredible taste is marbling, the small white flecks found inside the lean meat. Certified Angus Beef ® product specifications demand a higher degree of marbling, which increases beef juiciness and flavor.

This higher degree of marbling does not increase cholesterol and only slightly increases saturated fat. Considering all of the processed and low quality ingredients being fed to consumers, its nice to know that there is a restaurant being picky for you.
