Emirates Airlines chooses Wavetec’s Electronic Queuing solution to facilitate their walk in customers

Emirates Airline, one of the largest travel organizations in the Middle East, caters to large number of visitors at their customer centers everyday. To manage the customer flow efficiently, they opted for the Wavetec eQ system, which insures that customers receives a hassle free and out standing service quality.

Emirates airlines chose the Wavetec EQ system after extensive testing and due to the short falls of their previous solution. Their new system boasts a sleek Touch Screen Kiosk instead of the old button based system. This Kiosk will enhance the Ticketing office look and tie it in with their corporate image of being the Airline which offers touch screens on every passenger seat.

eQ – Wavetec’s Electronic Queuing system is a market leader in Pakistan and the Middle East with numerous deployments throughout the region. Emirates Airline has joined a large list of prestigious National Airlines including the likes of Qatar Airways and Saudi Airlines that are using Wavetec eQ to best cater for their customers.
