In the pursuit of improving the sales and closing ratio of the Extended Warranty Program for the Nissan brand at Y. K. Almoayyed & Sons (YKA), the sole distributor of Nissan vehicles in Bahrain, an Extended Warranty “refresher” training course program was conducted at the Nissan showroom in Sitra, Bahrain. The event was organized by Nissan Gulf FZCo., the regional office presiding over the Bahrain Market, along with GapCorp, the extended warranty provider. This training program, which was also held in the previous financial year, is aimed at enhancing Nissan brand loyalty, in addition to improving customer satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities. The interactive training session is considered to be one of the most popular and keenly contested events on the yearly training calendar for Nissan Salesmen and Saleswomen.
As part of this initiative, awards and certificates were granted to Extended Warranty top sales performers. Yogesh Sachde, Sales Executive at YKA, was selected as the Sales Champion of the Extended Warranty Program during the 2013 Financial Year.
