Landmark Amman Hotel & Conference Center, the leading five-star Jordanian owned and operated hotel in Jordan, held a prize giveaway ceremony for the winners of its Facebook competition. Facebook fans were given the chance to win various selected prizes from the hotel which ranged from free dinners at the prominent Fairouzy restaurant, an overnight’s stay, luxurious spa packages and much more.
The Q&A competition includes questions about Jordan, the hotel venues and services in addition to fun riddles which enables Landmark to interact with their Facebook fans on a more personalized level through the social media platform. Winners of the riddles part of the competition get to keep their profile picture up if they answered correctly, however if their guess was wrong they have to change their profile picture to Landmark’s logo for 3 days, encouraging word-of-mouth. The competition is also used to provide Landmark Amman Hotel with insights into their fan base.
