The flagship store will be located at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai.

From tailoring to separates, evening wear, casual, denim, accessories, footwear lingerie and swimwear, Reiss offers an individual, stylish and aspirational look.
Landmark International (LMI), a division of Landmark Group, is the UAE franchisee for the brand and sees it as one of the most prestigious collections in its growing portfolio of international fashion and lifestyle brands.
Speaking on the opening of the Reiss flagship store in Dubai, Renuka Jagtiani, Concept Director, LMI said: “We are very excited about launching Reiss in this market as the brand offers a unique fashion concept that bridges the gap between designer labels and high street fashion retailers. As Reiss clothing is not overtly branded, all other aspects of the trading format are carefully planned and designed to compliment and enhance the brand. This includes four main areas: location, store design, marketing and store environment.
With a very unique design that features one-of-a-kind elements, the one-storey 2,700 sq. metre flagship store is set to make a major impact on Dubai’s fashion retail sector. Designed by D-RAW Associates, the store interior brings together a feeling of warmth and energy.
Commenting on the store design, David Reiss, Managing Director, REISS said: “The design of our Dubai flagship store is very important as it epitomises the vibrancy of the Mall and this region.”
Futuristic-looking glass panels connected to the ceiling by wire act as screens to create different areas, with illumination from recessed lights that give a sparkling effect. The store’s central area is adorned with chandeliers using the same Perspex rods, centrally lit.
The launch of Reiss in Dubai marks the latest milestone in LMI’s ambitious global growth strategy.
“The opening of our Dubai store, the first in the Middle East, signifies a major part of our expansion plans. There is much growth potential in this region. Plans are already underway to open a store at Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi and a further six stores across the region,” continued Ms Jagtiani.
Earlier this year, Reiss took the US by storm when it opened its 370 sq. metre flagship story in the trendy SoHo district of New York City. The store is already trading above expectations, with turnover slated to reach £3.4 million in two years.
