Install and configure system in clients servers, IT technical support monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization. diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems. PM assistant is responsible to provide full administrative support to the Project Manager and Project Team. Organisational Reporting This post reports hierarchically to the Project Manager. Objectives Administrative support to a team of engineers. Responsibilities- Gathering all information and preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports.- Selecting documents which require review by PM/DPM in ACONEX system- Filing all documents of the project in accordance with the filing framework on the network: mails, letters, reports, - Booking of the meeting rooms in accordance with the needs of the Project, - Editing the meeting rooms planning every Monday, - Booking of the missions (hotels, planes, trains, cars, …), - Follow-up of the weekly planning of each person working for the Project, - Writing the timesheet and submitting them for approval to the Project and Deputy Project Managers.- Managing administrative tasks of the Project, - Gathering documents, information when required by the Project and Deputy Project Managers.- Dispatching the incoming and outgoing mails, letters, documents, according to given instructions of the engineers, - Taking care of the logistic organisation for visitors (booking for hotels, air tickets, ...), - Managing the purchase of necessary stationeries,
