Deira City Centre introduces their “Courtesy Crew” a first of its kind in the UAE

This first-of-its-kind initiative is aimed at the 22.5 million visitors who visit the Centre each year.

Deira City Centre is currently undergoing an AED 250 million redevelopment and the Courtesy Crew are an integral part of the Centre’s new and improved customer service programme. The Courtesy Crew assist customers by directing them, lending a hand with shopping bags and even helping customers select the best place for them to buy a particular brand or product.

Dressed in bright green t-shirts and caps, the Courtesy Crew can be spotted throughout the mall and the food court area. The food court crew is responsible for organizing seating and carrying trays. The Crew also distributes a wide range of give-aways including water, refresher towels, lollipops, balloons & pens in the centre every day from 2 – 8 pm to valued customers ensuring everyone’s trip is a memorable occasion.
