The “Aussie Carvery & BBQ Night” will be every Tuesday night around the pool starting from the 5th of June until Ramadan. There will also be live entertainment on both nights.
The popular “Seafood Night” is famous for the freshness, quality and great taste. This year there will also be an even bigger variety of choices that will include an assortment of seafood dishes from the Mediterranean, a sushi station, a seafood pasta station, a teppanyaki and tempura station, a grilled station and much more.
The unique “Aussie Carvery & BBQ Night” will include a BBQ station of chilled Australian Grain Fed Beef which includes rump steaks, T bone, sirloin, lamb chops, chicken breasts, kofta kebabs, shish kebabs and of course BBQ condiments and vegetables. Guests will have a choice to have one of the chefs prepare their choice of meat or they can take it to their table to grill at a small Hibachi grill which will be provided.
In addition, there will also be a Mongolian station where guests can make their own combination of vegetables with beef or chicken and have it cooked à la minute. A carving station will also include Australian prime rib, stuffed fillet and roast leg of lamb on pit. Guests will also be offered a salad station with a lot of greens and condiments, where our chefs can mix and toss or they can create their own salad. For a finale, guests will enjoy a dessert buffet which will include a crêpe’s station, warm brownies, bread pudding, apple pie and cheese cake.
