This Festival of Lights brings a sample of true Indian hospitality and its rich cultural heritage to Doha. The festival, taking place at Doha Marriott’s Indian Restaurant ‘Taj Rasoi’ was ceremonial opened with the honor of the CEO of Doha Bank, Mr. R. Seetharaman, on Monday, October 27th.
The Indian Executive Sous Chef Ajay Pant invites all food lovers to experience a tasteful journey and to indulge in mouthwatering specialties from the Maharaja’s country. In addition to the regular menu, a special set menu has been specially created by Chef Ajay, who believes in cooking with his heart as for him it is not just a job but a passion and he has dedicated his life to it.
