Eton Institute’s UAE National English Programmes are designed to engage through their innovative learning pathway customised to the region.
With Expo 2020 fuelling an already buoyant UAE economy, accelerated learning and development programmes are fundamental to embracing the growth opportunity. During an industry breakfast held in Dubai in June, Mahmood Al Bastaki, the CEO of Dubai Trade, delivered a keynote speech on the future of human capital development in the UAE. Employee retention, the implementation of Emiratisation policies and future workforce challenges headed the agenda, in addition to the need for engaging, employee-focused training.
Eton Institute, the UAE’s largest language and professional development training provider, this week launched its innovative learning pathway customised specifically to English language learning in this region. A key aspect is its digital-based aids, directly aligned to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Smart Learning Program in schools across the Emirates. According to a Nielsen report from June 2014, 85% of UAE nationals own a smartphone, and in terms of technology, they are known for being early-adopters and trend setters. “Technology is a prime motivator for learners in this region, and we have adapted and personalised this programme to their learning preferences,” commented Hana Fuchs, Marketing Director at Eton Institute. “Our English lessons optimise engagement through regular progress updates, native instructors trained in the use of experiential classroom aids and post-course learning alerts,” she added.
Eton Institute UAEN English Language Programmes can be delivered following your preferred location and schedule. To learn more about this training, email [email protected] or call 800 ETON (3866) to speak with an advisor.
