Location: Abu Dhabi (or) Dubai, UAE Position: Business Development Manager . (4 positions available - Abu Dhabi and Dubai) Job Description • Identify and Pre-Qualify Potential Clients / Leads who require Interior Fit out and Furnishing Services. • Generate New Leads / Enquires to Maximize exposure of Spacewell Brands and Services among Project Managers, Consultants and Multi-National Companies to achieve the set Individual/ Group Sales Targets. • Manage and service the key Clients or any Key Accounts entrusted by the company and Report to the Branch Manager/Sales Director of all daily activities. • Utilizing of all Resources at disposal to convert a Potential leads / Clients, including Site Visits, co-ordination with the design teams to prepare the design presentations, Calculation of Bill of Quantities for Fitout and Furniture, and submission of the same to the client in accordance to the set procedures laid down by the management. • Upon Award of Any Project, Proper Handover of the project to the Project Management Teams which would also include working closely with the Management, Design and Operation Teams within Spacewell to deliver a professional and timely service to the Client. • Support in the collection of Payments as per the Agreed Contract Timelines.
