Egypt’s PetroJet reports 14% jump in 2013 net profit

The Egyptian petroleum ministry has said oil projects and technical consultations firm, PetroJet has posted a 14% year-on-year jump in its net profits in 2013, on EGP4.6bn in revenues, Daily News Egypt has reported. The financial results reflect the company’s success in boosting its business volume after a two year slump in 2011 and 2012, said the ministry. Government-affiliated Egyptian General Petroleum Corp owns 97% of PetroJet shares.
