Position Purpose : IMS Middle East is expanding its local Primary Market Research (PMR) business. In the context of an ambitious growth plan, IMS has a need for a multi-faceted individual to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia who can perform functions at all levels including Business Development and engagement management.
Key responsibilities: 1) Business development: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for follow-on work and new leads amongst clients in Saudi Arabia. You will develop client bids and proposal presentations and you will close them with the support of the senior IMS team where required.
2) Engagement management: You will be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of Primary Market Research engagements commissioned in Saudi Arabia by: - Planning, organising and managing project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and successful delivery of projects (on-time and on-budget) - Reviewing and analyzing client requirements or challenges, developing and costing associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction - Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience - Developing strong client relationships through face-to-face discussions or workshops, telephone or email contact - Proactively mentoring, coaching and sharing subject matter expertise with team members to elevate IMS capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients - Proactively developing broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and training, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing - Supporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements.
Interior architect with extensive knowledge about detailed working drawings and to be responsible for material selection, specifications, codes BOQs and finishing schedules. Ability to coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
