With the aim of honoring and recognizing the outstanding achievements and work excellence of its staff, Qatar Petrochemical Company (QAPCO) Q.S.C, the leading regional petrochemical powerhouse, held its annual Motivation Scheme Awards ceremony earlier this week.
At the event, which was held at QAPCO’s Sports Club in Mesaieed, 223 top achievers were awarded in recognition of their excellent performance and valuable contribution to the success of the company during 2013.
As QAPCO is serious about performance, the company places a particular emphasis on employee recognition.
In his speech on this occasion Dr. Mohammed Yousef Al-Mulla, Vice Chairman & CEO of QAPCO appreciated the pivotal contribution of all the awardees, their loyalty and their never-ending dedication, which translated into record results for 2013 for QAPCO, strengthening the company’s leadership on the global petrochemical scene.
