RCJY awards Ras Al-Khair seawater cooling system contract

Saudi Arabia’s Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) has signed a contract for the supply and implementation of the seawater cooling system that is planned to be constructed in Ras Al-Khair industrial city and will cost a total SR540m, Arab News has reported. The Petroleum, Chemicals and Mining Co (PCMC) will handle the construction of parallel supply lines, some of which are for backup for the surplus, and the implementation of a single pipeline for the retrieving. The first phase of constructing of supply and retrieve network connected to seawater cooling system in Ras Al-Khair industrial city will have the capacity of 75,000 cubic metres per hour.
