Media coverage will be granted to exhibitors’ news in both the AWTTE official magazines, Middle East Travel and Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal. In addition, exhibitors will be able to insert their company profiles on the AWTTE Web Site and in the show catalogue. They may also invite their top clients a month in advance to the opening ceremony, promotional session, cocktail reception or their own product launching.
The conference and exhibition offer suppliers and buyers from the Middle East region and abroad, the rare opportunity to network with high-level industry leaders and government officials. The conference will tackle the latest trends in the regional travel industry, allowing the chance for suppliers to present their latest products and developments.
Admission to both the conference and the exhibition is free of charge. Participants will also benefit from customized usage of the AWTTE web site and can schedule online meetings with hosted buyers up to 3-months prior to the exhibition.
Discounted hotel and flight rates, visa-entry facilities and familiarization trips will also be available at the exhibition and conference to allow participants to make good use of their time during AWTTE.
