Responsibilities • Manages and grows new customer relationships and revenue associated with our Networking products. • Prospects and develops new potential customers (Resellers) by visiting them and qualifying and tracking leads, researching and identifying key contacts, placing calls to establish business relationships, qualifying new accounts and making sales of strategic vendor products. • Participates in marketing program planning, development, execution and measurement to ensure that programs succeed according to plan. • Takes initiative in getting necessary training and certification on vendor products. • Monitors client satisfaction and elevates issues of dissatisfaction for quick resolution. • Sets own priorities and schedules to meet established goals; meets commitments consistently. • Other duties as assigned by Management. • Sales experience in network equipment's with Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators in Enterprise markets. • Very strong communication and listening skills, ability to establish rapport over the phone, ability to build credibility quickly, and clearly articulate a value proposition. • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships. • Professional in appearance with solid business acumen and the ability to present and negotiate. • Strong time management and ability to multi-task; takes initiative and follows through. • Desire and ability to move into a leadership position as the business grows. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of PC tools. • Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity. • College degree preferred.
Develops software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions. Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using classic ASP, Microsoft .Net and SharePoint Server 2007 and new 2013. Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software. Then maintain product test software and demos for training purposes. Protects operations by keeping information confidential. Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.
