To develop, update and report the job’s construction schedules, resourcerequirements in coordination with the relevant departments across the company.To fulfill client requirements in relation to the project schedule, updatingand reports. Detailed Roles & Responsibilities: STRATEGIC 1)Coordinates with the Cost Control andConstruction in the calculation and updating of the Company’s productivity rates (manpower and equipment). 2)Prepares internal monthly planning report for project team and business unit management. OPERATIONAL 1) Studies contract documents to becomefully knowledgeable of project scope, specifications and constraints. 2) Prepares preliminary tender schedules and manpower histograms in coordination withBusiness Development. 3) Visits sites as needed to monitor theactual progress of work done and update the schedule. 4) Revises the logic (if required) of the remaining planned activities in coordinationwith the construction team in order to maintain an accurate schedule. 5) Prepares revised, recovery andaccelerated schedules. 6) Attends site progress meetings. 7) Coordinates and assists in conducting the sitecoordination meetings with subcontractors and suppliers. 8) Communicates effectively andcoordinates with the site team and other functions (procurement, engineering, cost control, etc.) to improve the time management of the project. 9) Prepares and updates the micro schedule with actual quantities and progress on a daily basis. 10) Monitors and Aggregates the productivity data from the constructiondaily reports site rounds and time sheets. Reports irregularities to theproject team. 11) Revises the construction schedule inlight of variation orders and submit notifications and extension of time claimsto the client. 12) Conducts delay analysis when neededand determine the need to submit extension of time claims, also assists thecontracts team in preparing the required supporting documents for time claims. 13) Documents and maintains the schedulechanges and communicate to the project team and all related functions. 14) Updates the Actual progress and theforecasted construction schedules in Amanatech (if applicable) 15) Issues job handing over reportincorporating variances between construction schedule and job actual progress 16) Maintains and stores all scheduling related data such as client/consultant approvedcopies of the baseline schedule, updated schedules, weekly/monthly reports, photographs etc. in the server or in the project filing system.
