A steady focus on customer satisfaction along with a strong reputation for quality, durability and safety has helped Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile (ZNA) gain the confidence of its growing customer base. Continuing in their commitment to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction, Towell Auto Centre (TAC), the sole distributor of ZNA in Oman, recently held a special customer interaction event at one of their branches in Bani Bu Ali.
The event included a session of rapid fire questions with the customers about ZNA as a brand, its strengths and other feedback. Over snacks and tea, many testaments about the ZNA range of vehicles’ load carrying capacity, performance and other features were shared by different customers. As a token of appreciation for participation, all the customers received a gift each from the showroom management. After a group photo of all the customers and their vehicles, the event was concluded with a traditional Omani dinner in an Omani tent at a hotel besides the showroom.
Speaking about the event, a spokesperson from TAC said,” Events like these help us understand the needs of our customers better and in turn, serve them better. ZNA’s strong reputation for quality, durability and safety, backed by Nissan’s hi-tech quality standards have helped cement the success of this brand in Oman. ZNA produces both Nissan and ZNA brands using the same platform and production line. Nissan strongly supports both brands in research and development, production and quality assurance by applying Nissan management standards and systems.”
ZNA’s new 2014 MY range has been highly appreciated by customers from different walks of life including fishermen, farmers & businessmen. It has been specifically lauded for its value for money proposition and state of the art Nissan technology. The new interiors of the comfortable cabin leave you rather impressed, as does its reliable engine.
Established in 1993 and located in Zhengzhou in central China, Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile Co. (ZNA) is a 50/50 joint venture between the Chinese Dongfeng Motor Group Co. Ltd. and Japan’s Nissan Motor Co. Ltd which is the largest investment project of Nissan all over the world. ZNA vehicles were put through rigorous testing before they were deemed fit for the harsh conditions of the desert environment. In order to get the highest certification for the GCC, ZNA vehicles had to run for a minimum of 50,000km in the Saudi Arabian desert for two summers on the trot. The engineers had to ensure that the vehicles could weather the elements and still be in top driving condition.
With a network of 11 showrooms, 16 service outlets and 10 parts outlets spread across the Sultanate, TAC is the sole distributor of the ZNA range in Oman. For details call TAC’s CRM team on 94440666 or visit www.towellauto.com.
