The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange General Index (ADXGI) lost for the third session straight, closing one per cent lower at 4,828.75 points on Monday, March 10. Dana Gas dived 3.57 per cent to AED0.81. First Gulf Bank (FGB) lost 2.40 per cent to reach AED16.55. Earlier in the day, the third biggest lender by market capitalisation in the UAE revealed that it would start distributing dividend cheques to shareholders from March 23. The FGB general assembly, which was held on February 26, approved a cash dividend of 100 per cent of capital, as well as bonus shares of 30 per cent.
