Alsa Lifestyle & Apparel, the retail arm of Al Sayegh Group Trading LLC Abu Dhabi and one of the leading retail groups in the UAE, has reinforced its commitment to growth with a strategic and focused training program, the first-of-its-kind in the region, involving its top-level and mid-tier management personnel.
The training program, which commenced this week from 5pm till 12 midnight at Golden Tulip Al Barsha in Dubai, encompasses a wide array of modules to identify and develop new management styles in boosting effectiveness. The entire training program will run for nearly six months and target various levels of expertise and skill-sets across Alsa Lifestyle.
Conducted by world-renowned training experts OMT Global, which offers innovative and practical development solutions, the training program at Alsa is aimed at offering consultants hands-on experience in various facets of business aligned with its business goals, values and culture. The facilitated workshops focus on managing self, managing others and managing the business.
Alsa Lifestyle was introduced to OMT Global in April this year when it was part of a business delegation of 40+ companies visiting Dublin, Ireland organized by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and the Irish Business Council. This delegation met with Irish companies to promote bilateral business between the UAE and Ireland.

The training will provide an even greater understanding of the role of the manager, clarifying role, responsibilities, expectations and accountabilities in the process.
