The Dubai stock exchange’s market index DFMGI added 0.22 per cent to reach at 4,399.64 points on Thursday, July 3.
Market bellwether Emaar reversed its gains from yesterday and closed 1.50 per cent lower at AED9.21.
Following a media briefing held on Wednesday in Abu Dhabi, Arabtec gained 6.34 per cent to hit AED3.52. The builder of the Burj Khalifa and the Louvre Abu Dhabi (under construction) denied rumors that its shares would be delisted and repeated that its former CEO, Hasan Ismaik, resigned due to “personal reasons”.
Ajmanbank ended the week as a top gainer, closing 1.3.46 per cent higher at AED2.95.
