Real Estate Sales Agent broker Required to work on 50% commission basis for a real estate company in Dubai. Job Description:
• Prospecting and finding potential buyers and managing clients on CR • Working on sellers and listings • Advertising your stock, arranging viewings and advising clients on current market, mortgages and legal requirements • Negotiating among buyer, seller and any other third party • Carrying out comparative analysis of properties to assess the competitive prices in market • Representing the company in local and international real estate exhibitions (Cityscape). • have a strong track record of sales and leasing, network of investors and sellers and have an ability to build long-term relationships with the clients • Perform sales calls on daily basis and arrange meetings with Clients and RE Agents. • Produce various sales reports and submit meeting forms. • Follow sales manual directions and adhere to the standard operation procedures. • Update client/agent database on a regular basis with additional information about existing clients and new client entries. • Achieve pre-established monthly sales targets. • Stay updated about the financial services industry and specifically real estate. • Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. • Embrace and promote the Company Vision and Values. • Observe management’s instructions and company regulations.

Reviews tender documents, scope of work, and assign projects under bidding to Quantity Surveyors. Checks /prepares detailed cost estimates (from take-off, evaluation of suppliers’ proposals, to pricing). Reviews quantity take-off of Quantity Surveyors and the progress of their tasks, and the Tender checklist. Attend to Job-Explanation Meeting/site visit and technical clarifications meeting. Evaluates bids/ offers of subcontractors and suppliers.
