Our client, a Tier 1 multinational consumer business, is looking to hire a Head of Sales to oversee the key account and distribution network across the Middle East & Africa. To support the sales team in achieving the sales and collection targets and ensure full efficiency on all transaction related to monthly activity.
Main Responsibilities - Responsible for capturing all trade spending's in Consumer Relationship Marketing for respective region/division in alignment with Channel Category Sales Development Managers and sales support Head Office in KSA. - Insures good coordination with distribution for higher customer satisfaction. - Responsible for highlighting any issues related to activities/accruals to Sales Support Head Office in KSA. - Informs sales force on new product arrival and price changes. - Follow-up with sales teams and ensures that credit notes are submitted on time with supporting documents and inform Regional Sales Manager on any delays or issues. - Transfers goods between warehouses in order to insure adequate customer servicing. - Ensure daily interaction and follow-up with Nestlé Business Services on Credit Notes posting and Disputes clearing. - Responsible for clearing Dispute Cases with full coordination and follow-up with sales teams. - Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team key meetings. - Controls Van Sales Representatives incentives. - Tabulates the monthly objectives for the sales force and compare with achievements. - Monitor the sales versus the promotion allocation quantities during consumer promotions by salesman and update Channel Managers/Regional Sales Managers accordingly. - Coordinates with the Channel Category Sales Development Manager to allocate quantities of premiums during consumer promotions to the salesmen and the different trade channel. - Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations, in assigned region/division. - Prepares sales force incentive according to directives given by the Head of Sales. - In charge of filing of all sales related documents - Responsible for preparing sales analysis by customer/channel/category/salesman on monthly basis, to enable management to review and take necessary actions. - Prepares at the end of each month the turnover evolution for the important customer (wholesalers and supermarket). - Handle daily collection from sales team and report to FICO, KSA Head Office. - Coordination with Sales force and Nestle Business Services for the creation of new customers on SAP.
