General Summary: Execute sales strategy set by the sales management and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling Agri-Film to greenhouse owners and farmers, and securing new business accounts/customers. Core Function & Typical work activities::
• Prospecting and converting leads into profitable business relationships. • Plan and conduct continuous field visits to existing and prospective customers to research & gain a deep understanding of customer needs and experience (using a needs based selling approach, ). • Understand and communicate the core positioning and messaging for the product efficiently and effectively, and demonstrates agri-film value to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting best product suited to their needs. • Establishes, develops and maintains Trusted Advisor business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in person in the assigned territory via field visits, telephone calls, emails and personal networking and socializing. • Provide advice and educate farmers as well as farm staff on best practices for green houses. • Develop and execute key accounts strategic and tactical development plans. • Apply proper account management practices and reporting with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. • Analyses the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization. • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory. • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. • Maintaining and continuously updating the company sales pipeline database/CRM system with gathering market and customer information; all customer and potential customer interactions. • Deliver a monthly revenue forecast • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics. • Recommending and advising on forthcoming product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential, and discussing special promotions; • Keeps abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through all available sources including the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas. • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues. • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed and assigned i.e. conducting new products trials (run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples) and collect and report feedback, and coordinate with other product management team members. • Participate and coordinate with Product Marketing in executing marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand. • Act as point of first point of contact for all complaints, and expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints and responding to incoming email and phone enquiries, and work collaboratively with colleagues to address them, and provide feedback to them.. • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.

• Ensure that the credit policy is followed properly. • To establish and follow strong follow-up process for collection. • To implement the procedures for overdue payments. • To correspond with customers within the credit administration procedures. • To ensure reconciliation of customer accounts. • To process new account applications and establish appropriate credit limits, and constantly review and maintain credit limits of existing customers. • To guide the bank in enhanced receivables management. • To undertake regular reporting to management for legal cases
