The Saudi Arabian Capital Market Authority today imposed a fine of SAR10,000 each to the following listed firms for violating rules regarding listing and publication related issues: Al-SAgr Cooperative Insurance Company, Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative Insurance Company, Arabian Shield Cooperative Insurance Company, Al-Jouf Agriculture, National Gas and Industrialization Company, Northern Region Cement Company, Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance, Sanad Insurance and Reinsurance Company and Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company.
