Omar’s appointment further strengthens the firm’s leading litigation practice, an area that is expected to experience further significant growth in 2009.
Erik Muthow has 8 years experience as a specialist maritime, transportation and trade lawyer in the UAE. Erik is very well known in the industry for his practice, which spans a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work; acting for major international, UAE, GCC and wider regional clients. His experience is extensive in all matters related to shipping, aviation, insurance, international trade, as well as trade finance and vessel finance.
Erik speaks regularly at national and international conferences, including the IBA, and his articles are published in local and international shipping and international trade periodicals. Erik’s appointment highlights his achievements in this area and maintains the position of Hadef as a leading firm in this important area of law.
